Black-Brock Vending was born from a deeply personal journey and a vision for inclusion. As a family, we shared the joy and challenges of raising our autistic son, and as he approached adulthood, we began to worry about the obstacles he might face in finding meaningful employment. Like many parents in similar situations, we wanted to ensure he had opportunities to grow, contribute, and thrive in a supportive environment.
The idea for a vending machine business came as a perfect solution. It provided an opportunity to create a family-run enterprise where our son could learn valuable skills, participate in daily operations, and experience the pride of contributing to something meaningful. From stocking and maintaining machines to managing logistics, we designed every aspect of our business with inclusivity and growth in mind.
